WOD:

Partner AMRAP 20 min

 7 Thrusters 100/70

7 Box Jump overs

 One person runs and carries 20# ball while other partner works on amrap, partners switch upon the return of the runner.

 

This Weekend – 2nd Annual Mountain WOD @ The Cravens’ house in Cashmere! Starts at 9:30 am. The gym will be closed so get up there and exercise outside! Ask Jenny for details. Family friendly, mountain bike is optional.
