CrossFit truly is for EVERYONE! At CrossFit Cashmere we have had people of all abilities, all ages, all sizes, even with injuries workout and have a great time. Check out this video series that CrossFit HQ put together awhile back, this is one man’s testimonial. There are many many more stories like this out there.
