WOD:

“Bottom To Bottom Air Squats”

For 4 min perform 20 seconds “work”, and then during the “rest” hold the bottom position of the squat. NO leaning, bracing, dumping, or collapsing….if you cannot hold the bottom of the squat with good form , stand up!
