WOD:

Complete the following Strength Ladder:

Front Squat

5-5-3-2-2 resting 2 min between sets, Start heavy and remove no more than 10 lbs per set.

Then

Perform 1 rep every minute on the minute, adding 1 rep each round, until you cannot perform the desired amount of reps in that minute.
