21-15-9 reps of:
Handstand push-ups
Ring dips
Push-ups

– Adequate warm up and shoulder preparation is crucial for this workout. If there is only one thing you can do to prepare for this workout…it is just show up EARLY for class and make sure that you are prepared for the large volume of shoulder movement. Look back to the post form last sunday with the video by Kelly Starrett about getting the upper body ready for ring dips..it helps a lot.
