WOD:

5 Rounds of:

10 Overhead Squats

Run 200m or Row 250m

 

 – Some of you are wanting that Muscle Up real bad….This will help. Also, the overhead squat today will be much better if you take some time to care for your body ahead of time.  If you do not have the discipline to do it now, when will you have time later?
