WOD: 5 min of each with 1 min rest between rounds

Annie = Double Unders

Brian = Pull Ups

Phil = Power Cleans

Rick = Thrusters

– barbell exercises started at 45# bar every 10 reps the athletes added weight. But were not allowed to remove any.
