You owe it to yourself…..really…. take the 30 minutes and make this happen today. Preferably in the morning before the  activities that you have stacked up!


There is an abundance of yoga practitioners in the valley including Jamie Ogle (CrossFit Cashmere member since 2009). Taking time to seek out knowledge of how you can bring yoga practices into your life is a great start to reaching a lifetime of  wellness.
