“Karen”

150 Wall Ball 20/14 for time.

3 Burpees every time you have to pause.

Tips to being successful:

-Accept that you will be doing Burpees.

-Find a good way to break your wall balls into sets, don’t always go to failure (ultimately you’ll end up doing more Burpees).

-Find a good, comfortable pace and stick to it!

-ENJOY IT!
