Sit Ups

Push Ups

Air Squats

Plank Hold

~2 Minute Rest~

4 x 200 m Row Sprints

Tabata can be applied to any kind of exercise, the possibilities are endless! Spread the word to your friends and family, you don’t need to join any gym to do this kind of stuff. For crossfitters this is the PERFECT traveling or vacationing workout!

Remember our Dance Party on Saturday, Bring your own beer and please leave the kids at home. Guest’s are more then welcome
