2012 CrossFit Games LIVE on ESPN3 this weekend!!!

WOD:

Perform as many 200m sprints as possible in 8 min with 20 sec rest in between each.

At the end of the interval rest 2 min.

Perform as many 100m sprints as possible in 4 min with 10 sec in between each.

At the end of the interval rest 2 min.

Perform as many 50m sprints as possible in 2 min with 10 seconds rest in between.
