    Pay attention to the people in the RIGHT frame. They are doing their best, and then getting corrected, most of them are trainers.
    The lady in the video with coach glassman is very petitie, that would be why her neck bent back like that. If you have very short arms, maybe use a lighter or smaller ball that you can hold in a slightly lower rack position. Then you don’t need to look up so much.
