WOD:

Complete 4 intervals where you

Perform as much of the following as possible in 6 min: 

5 burpees

Sprint 400m

10 burpees

Dead hag from bar 10 seconds

Sprint 200m

50 Air Squats

– Rest 3 min between each round –
