WOD:

Run Track

Squat Clean 15 reps (135/95)

Run Track

Squat Clean 12 reps

Run Track

Squat Clean 9 reps

– For a completed repitition in the squat clean the athlete must clean the weight from the floor to the rack, the crease of the hip must be below the knee (depth) and then the athlete must successfully stand all the way back up.

Just in case you have forgotten:

This is the Burgener warm up for the snatch. When we warm up for the clean it is slightly different.
