Back Squat

The Low bar back squat-  our body is simply a series of levers. Where you place the bar can affect you ability to fire your muscles. When it is lower down on your back it is slightly closer to your center of gravity causing less strain and can help you to harnass more hip drive which is similar to the pull for a deadlift or a clean.
