Hey CrossFit Cashmere! Registration for the OPEN starts on Feb 1st 2012. Participate in 1 workout per week for 5 weeks, submit your scores and see how you measure up against participants worldwide.  Anyone can participate!

WOD:

“Morrison”

For Time:

50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:

  • Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • Box jump, 24 inch box
  • Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
