Goal setting is a very important part of any fitness routine. The guy in the video states it right away, his goal is to finish the workout. Do you set a goal every workout? Are you making the most of your time in the gym? Marco will be coaching the WODs for the next few days so if you are in need of a little motivation get down there.  YAY BURPEES!

WOD:
100 Burpee pull ups

This exercise can incorporate a multitude of other movements to help you achieve a burpee and a pull up. Yay burpees!

-There is 9am class only this Thurs & Fri.-
