Member Snapshot: Susie Flick has been doing CrossFit since October 2010. Quick Stats: 130# 5 rep back squat, 163# 1 rep Deadlift. Woman you are awesome!

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

YOGA —>  Tuesday 6:45 pm

SLIDESHOW —> Friday 6:30 -10pm
