Deadlift
Attempt 1 RM

Attempt 3 RM

Does this psyche you out?Try this…
– pick a weight goal for the deadlift
– close your eyes
-take a cleansing breath
– visualize yourself setting up
– feel the weight as your body pulls
– see yourself succeed
– take another cleansing breath
– continue doing whatever it was you were doing
– repeat every time you think about your workout.
