200 Pull Ups
100 Back Squats 135/95
300 Push Ups
70 HSPU
50 ABMAT Sit Up
1min plank hold
40 ABMAT Sit Up
2 min plank hold
40 ABMAT Sit Up
50 Toes to Bar

-{Rules}-

The exercises must be completed in order.

You may rest as needed, but no longer than 1 min.

If you are mentally or physically unable to complete the above listed number of repetitions, then record your score and move onto the next exercise.

A perfect score would be 850, with completion of all plank holds.
